Public labs are open. Spark Swarm stays private for now.
This update publishes the safe public surfaces we can share today: a refreshed installer, public creator labs, local Telegram recursive loops, character/personality systems, and voice communication hooks.
What changed.
R28 installer convergence
The hosted installer now points at spark-cli-public-installer-2026-06-26-r29, with matching checksums, manifest, command metadata, attestations, and the 10-module registry pinned to immutable ship tags. R28 adds dependency CVE fixes, resumable module clones (no more wedged partial installs), the new spark verify --mission preflight, and a plain-language privacy and sandbox disclosure. All seven bundle modules anon-clone at their pinned commits.
Domain Chip Labs
Public standards for domain chips, benchmarks, specialization paths, autoloop policies, tool integrations, and publish packet drafts.
Local recursive loops
Builder chip loops can now start and report from Telegram using local status files, without depending on Spark Swarm workspace APIs.
Character And Personality
Spark Character is public, and Personality Chip Labs is public for modular profile experiments.
Voice Comms
Voice hooks, profiles, and local or paid provider examples are available as a public chip surface.
Clearer bundle boundary
The docs now separate default starter modules from public builder labs so users do not install the wrong thing.
No private network dependency
Spark Swarm workspace and network submission are not public installer dependencies in this update.
What is deliberately not included.
Spark Swarm comes later
The hosted workspace, network submission, and review flow stay private. Public users can still install Spark, use the starter bundle, run local Builder chip loops from Telegram, and experiment with public labs locally.
